Daphne Turner is a life long resident of New Jersey.  She was educated in local schools; Essex County College, Kean University.  For 32 years she used her analytical, management, organizational and people skills in the employ of the City of Newark.  Before her retirement, Daphne was instrumental in performing as a "trouble shooter"  Applying her skill for analysis and corrective action to upgrade administrative offices throughout the City of Newark.
